Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for assigned sales targets achievement, sales team management & Partner management new partner acquisition, Revenue collection. Expansion of portfolio within existing partners.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Good understanding of the regional business with strong Educational service Sales exposure
- Ability to manage the existing partners and new partners acquisition.
- Build and manage a sales team and set their regular KRAs, targets and team retention.
- Defining and refining of sales and marketing processes
Detailed Skills Expected :
- At least 15+ years of experience in educational sales
- Presentation skills, Leadership and people Management, budgeting
- Basic knowledge on Profit and loss analysis
Partner Management :
- Increase in Number of Programs being offered
- New partner acquisition.
- Cost of acquisition
- Student & Database acquisition.
