JOB PURPOSE

iNurture is looking for a capable business leader to drive the company into the next orbit of profitable business growth. He/she will need to determine the long-term strategic objectives of the business in conjunction with the other Executive Committee members. Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct and manage business development activities. Ensure the effective achievement of the business development functional objectives, through the leadership of the division, by setting clear objectives in order to maximise individual, divisional and departmental performance.

- Own and Drive Student Acquisition Numbers and the Revenue targets across all the campuses.

- Manage and motivate a highly performance driven team

- Work closely with the President to explore global expansion plans and tie ups.

- Keep abreast of new innovations in technology in the education sector and ensure that the team is empowered as well.

Candidate Characteristics

- The incumbent should have a minimum 12-15 years of overall work experience, of which a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role.

- Understanding of P&L/Budgets/Costs

- Experience of managing a strong team of direct reports in a distributed model and a large implementation team.

- Should have understanding of latest technology interventions/innovations in education industry.

- Ability to roll up sleeves and get into the trenches.

- Strong Consultative selling skills.

- Strong Leadership skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
