Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the P&L for the EdTech Business Unit at iNurture.

- Plan and optimize the right product and partner portfolio to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

- Map competitive landscape, Measure Net Promoter Score and optimize product domains, UI/ UX, features, partners and pricing.

- Monitor the lifecycle of products in the portfolio and churn the product mix to maximize market relevance, revenue and profitability.

- Work closely with the Partner Acquisition, Content Development, Technology teams towards activating the above plan.

- Drive student admissions for the online academic programs by managing digital marketing campaigns, developing & managing offline channel partner network and working closely with the brand communication team.

- Monitor effectiveness benchmarks for measuring the impact of product, marketing & other interventions, analyze the same and remodel these interventions to maximize ROI.

Technical Competencies :

Should have operational experience in :

- Managing an online product portfolio across its lifecycle

- Creating and managing online paid/ unpaid promotional activities across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media channels.

- Should have at least 3 years experience in the Education Sector (preferably higher education).

- Offline user acquisition experience will be a bonus.

Behavioral Competencies :

- Leadership Skills. Should have managed a team of 10+ members for at least 3 years.

- Strong interpersonal skills. Should have worked in roles that involved cross-functional operations.

- Ambiguity tolerance. Should have worked in roles that demonstrated ability to manage uncertainty and deploy innovative solutions.

- Years of experience : 15-16 years

Educational Qualification : MBA from premium institution
