Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% placement of all students across all courses, across degrees, across universities for all streams.
- 100 % internship of all students across courses, across degree, across universities for all verticals.
- University tie up across the country and hence multi-location operations
- Guest lecture to be organized for courses across universities based on curriculum requirement
- Industrial visits to be organized for students based on the need of the courses in discussion with academic head
- Industry wise assessment for both soft skills and technical skills
- Working with Academia, external partners to ensure students meet the industry standard
- Creation of placement platform to ensure single database and connectivity with corporate
- Building an alumni group and leveraging of the group
Competencies:
- Strong Corporate Network on Pan India Level with large contacts base, preferably placed students for graduate, engineering and management courses
- Should have current contacts with corporate
- Ability to partner with assessment agencies
- Actively involved in Alumni and training of students to meet industry requirement
- Understanding of existing & upcoming domain specific job opportunities
- Ability to map the needs of industry viza-vi the skill sets of students
- Ability to handle portfolio across industries
