Identity Course leader

- Identity/ visual communication/Communication design/ graphic Design Course leader

Location : Bangalore / India

- Strate School of Design, a French internationally renowned design school, based in Bangalore since 2017 is looking for its Graphic design and Identity Course leader

- Our campuses in Bangalore, Paris, Lyon ( France), deliver Bachelor and master in Design ( BSc in design ( 3 years), MSc in design( 2 years)), in 5 different streams ;

- Mobility Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Identity Design, Space Design.

- Your principal mission ; Manage the smooth and efficient operating of Identity design Department courses over Bachelor and masters.

- Work with head of Pedagogy to conceive and plan the courses, teachers and activities of the Identity department.

- Hire teachers according to the syllabus needs.

- Organise and manage all relevant academic documentation for the marking, exams, and graduation according to university standards.

- In contact with the industry, he/she will find and organise industry projects for the courses in different formats (long/short projects, design sprint, master-classes, design competitions.).

- Management of campus equipment needs for identity and support for students, on educational projects

- In association with the academic team, evolve the syllabus to always match both university and industry requirements to insure the best employability to the students.

- Assist in the organization of events within the campus

Requirements for applying :

- You like the contacts and the sharing of knowledge with the students and the supervising team.

- Design is not only a job, it is a passion, and you want to share it with others.

- 5 years of professional experience in the identity/ visual communication domain is required.

- Fluent in English

- Good knowledge and understanding of the common identity/ graphic specific software.

- Being very proactive, aware and curious.

- Having a good industry network.

- International experience is a plus.

Job :

- Full time, 5 days a week, 9.00 to 18.30

- Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

- Salary: according to experience and profile.
