This role will be an important addition to HR team at iNurture Headquarters. The role provides an opportunity to work with Senior Management team. Stakeholders - Employees, Reporting Manager, HOD's, Talent Management & EE
(Job involves more of Strategy Formulation, new initiatives) updating current processes and policies and identify new policies and process required for Org needs

- Must have more than 5 years of experience in driving implementation of people initiatives for a significant employee base.
- High energy level with proven passion and single minded focus on improving performance
- Possess strong problem solving, time management, analytical and organizational skill.
- Be flexible with schedule based on business needs
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, objectives and deadlines
- Adaptable to various changes in policies, procedures, and management styles and business direction
- High energy level with proven passion and single minded focus on improving performance
- Knowledge of HR systems and spreadsheet software
Qualifications :
- Master Degree
- At least 5 to 12 years of experience
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
