iNurture Education Solutions - Head - Marketing (12-15 yrs)
Business Development and Brand building :
- Plan, direct and manage business development activities. Ensure the effective achievement of the business development functional objectives.
- Own and drive Student Acquisition Numbers across all Lines of Business.
- Brand Management both B2B (partners) as well as B2C (students).
- Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner; both organically and through successful completion of new university partner acquisitions.
- Be the chief brand steward of the Company, ensuring the company and the schools- brands are well positioned in the public marketplace; oversee corporate public relations. Represent the brands in the most credible manner.
Student Acquisition and Retention :
- Own and drive student acquisition numbers across all lines of business. Responsible for agreed sales targets
- Strategic preparation of total sales & marketing plan including campaign wise budgeting of cost, revenue and profitability
- Establish and enforce sales processes and collaterals
- Train the Sales people on sales process and product lines
- To recruit and put together a team for lead management activity and put CRM in place for effective monitoring and ensuring higher conversion ratio.
- Coordinate with faculty and operations team to deliver student satisfaction and retention
- Develop and manage key affiliate relationships eg: media partnerships.
