iNurture Education Solutions - Dean - CSE & Digital Programs (10-15 yrs)
The Dean academic is responsible for academic planning, curriculum development, teaching, recruitment, faculty development and evaluation of faculty etc. The Dean academic will oversee Academic quality, drive pedagogy innovations, plan opportunities of growth by introducing new products both within the existing schools, as well as by launching new verticals. The Dean will also spear head all academic activities during new campus openings. The Dean is expected to laisse with deans of schools, academic leadership such as registrar, VC , Deans and HODS of our partner institutes and universities across India.
Technical Competencies:
- Relevant experience in teaching as well as guiding a team of faculties / Professors.
- Should have worked in leadership roles in a learning environment preferably at a university
- Experience in formulation of curriculum & course matrix
- Understanding of UGC, AICTE, NAAC & NIRF norms & willingness to drive industry - academia collaboration.
- Understanding of assessment impact metrics, rubrics, evaluation framework.
- Using technology to generate critical data, analytics and visual data presentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong industry network to help identify employment opportunities.
- Design an Annual Calendar of Industry interface through Guest lectures, projects & assignments and implement the same, with clear and measurable learning outcomes for each. Further to monitor and track the same, along with establishing metrics to ascertain the progress of each impact.
