Role: Technical Business Analysts in BFSI domain

Exp: 8-20 years

Grade: AVP-1, AVP -II, VP

Qualification : Graduate preferably Engineering and / or technical background.

Additional qualification (not mandatory) : Project Management certifications, MBA

Skill Sets Required:

- Good Experience of Business Process Management in Banking Domain

- Understanding and experience of optimizing business processes through Process Reengineering

- Good understanding of Operational Risks, Control measures and ability to handle it through automation

- Subject matter Expertise required in Trade Finance Operations and trade products knowhow including International Trade terminologies and protocols.

- Understanding of Banking product life cycles and the downstream requirements of transaction and financial data

- Familiarity with process mapping tools and data visualization tools and techniques

- Familiarity with Banking Application software and their functions in the Trade Finance Area. Working knowledge of Exim Bills preferred.

- Hands on experience of Detailed Requirement Definition Analysis and project scope documentation

- Excellent Communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and geographical areas

- Good Project management experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tool
