- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Prismforce product suite.
- Demonstrate the solutions to various stakeholders including the client, implementation teams and other internal stakeholders
- Work independently and directly with clients to freeze on the requirements, design, build and support Prismforce integrations for client's business use cases.
- Understand and provide integrations solutioning for Prismforce products.
- Set and manage client expectations within the agreed contractual agreements.
- Efficiently manage work efforts between multiple clients.
- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple integration use-cases.
- Oversee product configuration, including imports, templates and more.
- Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work.
- Analyze the existing system process and functionality and design the new system with appropriate functioning techniques.
- Assist in the full life-cycle of project implementation, including gathering requirements, design, development, testing , and deployment.
- Partner with business and HCM teams including technical and non-technical at all levels to collect requirements for different modules.
- Configure various worklets for developed dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain all types of integrations.
- Solve system issues including understanding system interdependencies.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing from development to post-production.
- Troubleshoot production issues with integrations.
Provide production support in resolving technical issues.
- Travel and/or relocation required.
Requirements - BE/B.
Tech with a Computer Science background 4-8 year of experience in a client facing role (Internal client or External client)
- Experience in managing HCM functional implementations and integrations for various clients.
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements , leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, perform functional configuration, and manage testing of HCM solutions
- Experience in working with any of the HCM products, Workday , Successfactor, Oracle, SAP-HCM, Darwinbox etc
- Strong and proven problem-solving skills and the desire to understand how things work.
- Expertise in project-management and exceptional resolution skills.
- Able to think on your feet and is highly self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Has a thorough understanding of the implementation process and thinking ahead before each required step.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
