About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team.


You will be responsible for driving sales of our [mention specific products/services] to large enterprise accounts.

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, online marketing, and referrals.


- Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and requirements.


- Develop and present tailored solutions that address their specific needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.


- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, including C-level executives.


- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop and present professional sales proposals, including pricing, implementation plans, and ROI projections.


- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.


- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including C-level executives, department heads, and procurement teams.


- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


- Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage sales cycles effectively.


- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies.


- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, performance metrics, and market insights.


- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, pre-sales, implementation, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.


- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling [mention specific products/services or related industry solutions].


- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.


- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
