Then here's some more information about the role What does the role entail? - Social Media Management; Ability to manage and take ownership of all company social media accounts; FB, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter. - Develop Social Media Posts; Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging image/video content for social - Timely Responses To Online Inquiries; Reply to direct messages from customers on social media platforms, and coordinate with internal teams for sales inquiries. - Create a pool of Leads from Social Media enquiries and segregate them into High and Low intent and coordinate with the marketing/sales team to Nurture those leads. - Regularly ideate and come up with Creative communication and design ideas to increase user engagement. - Analyze reports and track how key metrics are being affected and come up with key insights on what works best for the Brand. - Regularly Track Competition, use Social Media tools to identify Industry trends and come up with innovative ideas/suggestions to increase brand visibility. - Online Reputation Management (ORM); Managing reviews received online on various platforms such as Google, Yelp, Course Report, Quora, Reddit and online forums.
