Then here's some more information about the role We are looking for a P&L leader who would be responsible for strategizing and scaling our up-levelling categories. We're looking for someone who can build long-term visions for the category and work cross-functionally to deliver results. What does the role entail? : - Own the Growth and P&L of our categories, end-to-end - Driving category success & growth by working closely with Product, Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, & Operations - Define and drive category growth by moderating various revenue levers - Understand consumer segments, behaviour, latent needs, value propositions through qualitative and quantitative research to identify and fill product gaps - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies - Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
