- Most candidates don't make it simply because they don't prepare well enough. InterviewKickstart- (IK) helps candidates nail the toughest tech interviews.

- At IK, - current and former hiring managers- at these top companies take candidates through an intense 2-month prep course to make them completely ready to crack the toughest interviews.

Is the company doing well?

- If by well you mean growing rapidly and profitably, then hell, yes! We have grown 5 times in the last 2 years, and have revenues which are higher than ed-tech companies which have 10 times more employees.

How did it achieve this growth?

- Most of the growth spurt came through word-of-mouth with barely any SEO or content marketing. We know it sounds crazy, but it's true. That's how good our core offering is. We then added performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora and a few others and that has worked out pretty well for us - they are now driving a significant chunk of leads and sales.

- To achieve this, we are looking for a sharp, creative, and enthusiastic performance marketer with experience in driving quality leads across a variety of channels - Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Quora, among others.

- 2+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing

- Skilled at SEM (Google Search Ads and Bing Ads) and Google Ads Ecosystem (Youtube, Discovery, Display)

- Experience in other ad platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others is highly preferred

- Good analytical skills and ability to present insights rather than just data Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus
