Your Opportunity :

Intertrust is looking for a diligent and motivated Product Owner to join our Funds Product Team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the product design and delivery of our proprietary transfer agency and allocation application. You will be proactively leading, instructing and guiding members of the team comprised of the 3 pillars of design, development and roll-out while also liaising with other relevant stakeholders in the organisation to gather client requirements and expected functionality with your team.

Your Profile :

- You have proven leadership and management skills and able to lead a team in achieving product deliverables

- You are goal oriented and driven to set and manage the teams and the Fastlane programs KPIs

- You are experienced in managing key stakeholder relationships within the various teams, departments and jurisdictions. You foster open lines of communication.

- Strong business analysis skill set; problem solving, requirements gathering, documentation

Your Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Serve as the product owner for our proprietary transfer agency application for closed ended structures.

- Defining goals and creating vision for the product

- Assess comparable market competitors / vendors along with trends to help drive future planning and roadmap

- Proactively shape and align business/client life cycle processes alongside the vision of the product

- Lead requirements analysis both directly and with support of team BAs, articulating client and roadmap requirements into product design and functions

- Manage the product backlog to translate to actionable development items and priorities

- Prioritizing needs based on scope, budget and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of the stakeholders

- Overseeing product development stages (planning, refinement, review and sprint)

- Acting as primary liaison/link between stakeholders and the team/program

- Evaluating product progress at each iteration and being accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product

- Perform appraisal for the team (e.g. Business Analysts) as part of the HR performance process and continuously provide feedback and help team in achieving individual targets/objectives

Required experience :

- Existing experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst within FinTech, financial services, banking or investment management, preferably 5-10 years cumulative experience

- Deep knowledge of the entire investor and fund life cycle of private market closed end funds understanding complex structures, fund documents and how that translates to fund operations

- Demonstrated experience translating fund terms to define system requirements, allocation methodology and carried interest models.

- You will have solid presentation skills with ability to confidently lead conversations with stakeholders and tech partners.

- Exposure to unitized and/or multi-currency funds is a plus

- Experience with vendor applications; Investran, eFront, Allvue beneficial
