Domain - International Taxes - Trade Remedies &amp; WTO Qualification - CA OR LLB (CA preferred) Experience - 1- 4 yrs Candidates with good experience in Indirect tax / customs advisory can be considered. Brief description -&nbsp; - Advising clients on trade-remedy investigations and on issues arising out of market access. - Advising on national treatment and non- tariff barriers. - Advising the Government of India on rights and obligations under the WTO. - Advising on vertical restraints and unilateral conduct (to clients) - Advising various multinational companies on import and export control as well as licensing issues, specifically the dual use of goods and technologies regulations.
