International Tax & Transfer Pricing Role - CA

- Require a Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of rich experience in the area of International Tax & Transfer Pricing that entails functional expertise in various stream i.e. International Tax, Transfer Pricing, appearing before the Tribunal / Income Tax authorities etc.

- Advising clients on international tax issues relating to cross border transactions, Indian corporate tax issues and foreign exchange issues relating to import/exports of goods, cross-border payments, cross-border settlements, etc.

- Representing before the Assessing Officer for assessment proceedings and the Commissioner (Appeals) for appellate proceedings under the Income tax Act.

- Competent and expertise in handling legal matters, litigation, planning, business restructuring in relation to ITTP.

- This is a strategic role and the appointed partner will engage in providing complete Tax Advisory Services under ITTP.

- The expertise in tax compliances, litigation support services, due diligence review under the ITTP regime is required.

- Aggressive Business Development targets.

- Ensuring superior and high quality of services in assignment execution & client deliverables.

- Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.
