International Specialty Products - Manager - Trust Investments (6-15 yrs)

The position is multi-faceted and will have a broad range of fiduciary responsibilities including:

- Plan Governance : Ensure prudent adherence to fiduciary and legal requirements of the DB and DC plans. Ensure that policies are regularly reviewed and that appropriate amendments are implemented on a timely basis.

- Plan Objectives : Ensure plan is operated according to ERISA standards and that funding is at an adequate level to provide for the payment of benefits. Prepare and update committee on global contribution and expense forecasts around an array of assumptions. Meet all regulatory and audit requirements for DC and DB plans on a timely basis (PBGC, 5500, 10K, 11K, SOX, etc.).

- Asset Allocation : Manage mismatch of assets and liabilities required in an attempt to improve funded status. Review all aspects of de-risking the plan and recommend asset allocation and appropriate investment managers for ongoing required contributions, evaluate options to consolidate and/or de-risk various international DB plans, update asset-liability analysis on an as needed basis. Manage liquidity requirements and rebalance plan assets to policy on a monthly basis. Ensure DC investment options are aligned with participant retirement needs.

- Manager Monitoring and Selection : Analyze the appropriateness of investment styles, biases and tilts versus benchmarks, the number and types of investment advisors appropriate for each asset class and style and how the pool of managers fit together in the portfolio. Perform regular manager and consultant due diligence and conduct research as directed for the various trust assets.

- Performance Evaluation and Control : Report plan performance and cash flow and preparation of committee meeting presentations and recommendations. Maintain calendar of significant events, including contributions and reporting obligations. Establish and execute proper controls as agreed upon with internal auditors. Act as point-person on all plan activities at year-end to support annual audit and annual report release.

- The successful candidate will need to effectively collaborate (at all levels) with treasury, human resources, legal, tax, corporate accounting, internal/external audit, investment managers, trustee, investment advisors, and our global actuarial firm.
