Position: International Sales Executive

By Fortis ICRS in Delhi

This position will involve a good degree of international travel besides domestic travel

Desired Candidate Profile

Education –Graduate AND (PG – MBA in Marketing, Sales, Operations, any or others)

Job Description / KRA / Role

The person will be responsible for the following

1.Organizing conferences, meetings and awareness programs for doctors and other medical staffs about the Robotic program at the international platform

2.Developing Marketing intelligence for capturing the latest market trends and competition analysis

3.Candidate should have good network with the Doctors, Hospitals, Consultants, Vendors, etc

4.Staying updated with current trends and activities of health care industry both on the domestic and the international platform

5.Enhancing the opportunities with innovative plans and anticipating the market potential and its positive and negative impacts on the business

6.Keeping a track of the clinical facts and figures supplied by the company and interpreting , presenting and discussing the same with the health professionals during presentation and briefings

7.Arranging appointments and making presentations to the doctors , HOD’s, practice staffs, nurses, other hospital medical teams and other health professionals

8.The position will involve a good degree of international travel besides domestic travel

- The ideal candidate should have an unbeaten sales background, especially in generating new business, tie-ups and have consistently exceeded previous targets.

- Industry experience or International Sales experience is essential (not mandatory) but experience of selling devices or institutional sales would be beneficial.

Qualifications – Preferably MBA in Marketing and Sales with 4-6 years of Domestic and International Sales (preference given to candidates having exposure in the International market (SE Asia, SAARC countries, Africa (Nigeria and Congo) and Russian Republic countries, etc

Salary : Competitive compensation as per industry standards with a generous component of target-based incentives / Commensurate with the market standard and your qualification and experience / negotiable
