In India, we have offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and (north) Bangalore. We are actively looking for individuals to be based in Bangalore and support our mid to senior-level searches in the Singapore and Hong Kong markets We are actively seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals looking to develop their careers in recruitment. We are looking for self-motivated independent thinkers who have the ability to work with some of the latest technologies in the recruitment industry as well as the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Some of the key responsibilities will include : - Sourcing, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates for multiple vacancies - Interview candidates to determine their suitability for vacancies - Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies - Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information - Working quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative To be eligible for this role you will require : - Strong communication skills in English - A competitive mindset and ability to learn and adapt - High energy and a sales orientated mindset and a willingness to learn new skills - Length of experience in recruitment is not important.
