Salary offered: 7 - 12 LPA

- Recruitment in NON IT positions for oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical offshore and onshore experience in overseas U.A.E, middle east, and US and UK

- Responsible for the full hiring cycle, including Pre screening, Co-coordinating interviews, Collecting job requirements from the managers and technical people of the company.

- Understanding the requirements of the client.

- Utilization of internal database to identify potential candidates.

- Check the resume database for the relevant match.

- Using the Job Portals like Monster, Naukri, Linkedin to successfully source the right candidates according to the job specifications.

- Sourcing high-quality candidates to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

- Screening the candidates thoroughly to ensure that they match the client's requirements accurately.
