Manager – International HR Operations
Responsibilities:
- International HR operations – Compliance, policies, processes, control day to day operations
- Payroll – Oversee payroll activities, compliance, vendor management
- HR System – Vendor management, be functional expert, tap future requirement and build on
1 reportee
Candidate Profile
- Post graduate in HR with 7 to 8 years of experience
- Strong HR operations experience
- Metrics and process driven
- Strong customer orientation
- Exposure to international operations
- Exposure to payroll
Preferably from one of the top 10 IT firms and well versed with employment related laws in US and UK
