Global Head Benefits - Bangalore Global Head - Benefits Location - Bangalore CTC - Upto 70LPA Fixed - Manages benefits for 54 countries and 12+ legal entities for the group - Manage global insurance policy, renewals, negotiations, vendor management - Manage global pension plans in consultation with Works councils, and HR partners - Manage benefits budgets close to 1b, and influence for better benefits against a 3 year benefits plan & internal benefits index - Create proposals for CXOs to approve new plans and provide analytics for plan performance - Manage US 401k regulatory processes, along with other retirement plans across the globe - Manage M&A/ re-badging where benefits play a very critical role - Monitor a team of 8 -12 professionals, based across continents - Report into the Global Head - Total Rewards and manage internal stakeholders like Finance, Legal, Data Privacy and external global vendor partners - Based in Bangalore Competencies : - Understanding of global trends and workforce - Business acumen in negotiations and vendor management ( a lot of dependence on vendors) - Cost awareness, and basic financial knowledge - Analytical ability and facility with numbers - Program management - Stakeholder management
