Role Responsibilities:

- Design Policy guideline for expatriate compensation and Benefits management for various types of cross-border movements.

- Create individual expat compensation package fittments and support HRBPs and HR Ops team to manage new and ongoing expat assignments in terms of packages, compliance with immigration / Visa, income tax and other applicable laws and regulations.

- In ORDER to have a simple and compliant process setup for cross broder movement of our employees.

- Work with and advice to the Lead- C&B regarding all compensation and benefits issues to assure complying with Group and labor regulatory requirements.

- Support HRBPs in annual salary review cycle by timely review, calibration and approval from Corporate leadership team.

- Take the lead on key C&B projects from design, develop to implementation, including but not limited to job grading, position evaluation, pay structure, title standardization, Short-term and Long term incentive plans, talent mobility, retention programs,etc. to enhance the standardization and harmonization across organization.
