International Business Role - Sales - Pharma (2-5 yrs)

Major Purpose of the Job:

- Business -To ensure that the business achieves the results as per the Budget set.

- SCM - To ensure timely supplies to the Business s as to achieve the sales.

- Ensure that the business achieves the budgeted sales number by ensuring dispatch plan for the business for the current month as well as for the coming quarter is prepared by co-ordination with all related departments (Marketing, Purchase, Production, Supply and Logistics)

- Participating in the Sales and Operations meeting to ensure dispatch plan is prepared in accordance / in line with the budgeted sale.

- Tracking the dispatches on a daily basis to ensure that the same is as per the plan. Highlight any deviation and ensure corrective action.

- Weekly tracking of the sales order plan and highlight deviation in the same.

- Analyse the monthly performance of the business (Region wise, country wise and product wise) and highlight the deviation and the reason for the same. Suggest corrective actions for the deviations.

- Be an integral part of all the overseas project and work closely with the business and strategy team, project and finance team to achieve the set goal.

- Focus on automation of the processes, which involves working with the respective department and the IT support team.

- Actively participate in the monthly reviews with the management and ensure that all action items are executed in a timely manner.

- Provide strategic inputs to the management on improving the performance of the business.

- Review the NPA in terms of excess inventory and debtors (over the Company norms) and participate in the NPA liquidation meeting, analyse the reason and highlight the same to the management along with strategy for reducing the same.

- Follow up for submission of monthly reports from SBUs / function heads

- Participate in the marketing strategy meeting of the business for ensuring that the strategies are in line with the growth and sales achievement of the organisation.

- Generation of new dashboards for smooth flow of information to the management within the required time frame.

- Ensure preparation of the Budget for Compilation of Budget.

- Any other special assignment or project as given by the management.


Salary offered: 8-12LPA
