We are in search of International Business Manager - Europe

Designation: Business Head - Europe

Location: MUMBAI

KRA's :

- Identify and analyze sales opportunities for the business in the Region

- Overall accountability to deliver sales revenue targets for different product lines and different territories within the Region

- Ensure channel effectiveness per territory and evaluate performance

- Works closely with the distributors and channel partners to build strong relationships and improve per channel partner revenues

- Identifies prospects and new channel partners to further enhance the distribution channel

- Collaborate and contribute to the development of competitive product pricing based on key segments

- build a performance oriented team

- Acts as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the organization.

Requirements:

- 10 to 20 years of sales experience in Auto Ancillaries segment or allied field, tyre background would be the best

- Team player who can also work on own initiative

- Handled export/EU markets

- Experience to manage big and multiple distributors, distributor management

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically

- Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current systems, as well as establish new processes

- Excellent Communication skills

- Willing to travel
