Profile Description:
Description
- Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
- Evolve country/ region specific strategies for overall running business in country/ region
- Readiness to lead local Proposal Engineering & service team
- Dealer/ representative management
- Create positive impact on the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
- Competitor and market analysis
- Approve proposals and contract terms for customer accounts and ensure full support for collection of receivables.
- Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
- Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department
- Present a budget to management approval and prudently manage resources within those budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines
- Maintain relationships with top accounts and participate in customer calls
- Hold sales reviews focusing on overall profitability and specific accounts

Education and Experience:
- BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Master Degree is desirable
- 7+ years experience in Ultrapure water,high purity water;Pharma,Food & Beverages, Brewery, distillery, Hygiene Industry in Business Development
- Preferable experience in Central Asia/Middle East regions,Europe,MENA,Asia-Pacific
