Job Description

1. Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.

2. Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share

3. Managing employee retention and staffing the sales, research, and project teams at appropriate levels

4. Ensuring research quality and achieving high customer satisfaction levels, drive Customer satisfaction survey.

5. P&L accountability of Sales team across Business units, rigorous approach and weekly review.

6. Target driven and Result oriented lead. Responsible for maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market.

7. Ensure services are in compliance with professional and company policy standards.

8. Plan, direct, and set the strategic direction of the sales program to maximize profit.

9. Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities.

10. Revenue focus towards 100% YOY growth.

11. Conducting regular training on sales process and CRM

12. Prioritizing and building closure strategy for per-generated leads.

13. Providing insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies

14. Handle end to end sales by conversion of leads in US, Europe, UK and APAC.

15. Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services as well as our Forecast solutions

16. Lead generation through Cold Calls.

17. Shall be responsible for account handling and their requirement handling for all the content including syndicated research, consulting assignment, custom research, full time engagement (FTE model), and
forecast solution.

18. Shall write tight commercial proposals/business case/presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected research content by the clients, based on your experience.
