We are currently scouting for a Internal Audit Professional for one of leading Media Industry Definition and Scope : - Audit - Responsible for handling all audit related activities within department and be a single point of contact for internal, external, statutory audit. - Software Compliance - Accountable for ensuring compliance with all software's utilized within the organization vs licenses procured. Duties and responsibilities: Internal Audit: - Co-ordinate for Internal audit and with internal / external auditors - Follow-up and share necessary data required by auditors for internal audit - As per requirement setup and conduct audit meetings - Co-ordinate and collect necessary information quarterly basis for Audit follow-up comments ITGC Audit (Financial Statutory Audit): - Co-ordinate within and other group companies (if required) and external auditors. - Follow-up and share necessary data required by auditors. - As per requirement setup and conduct audit meetings Operational Controls (OCA) & Internal Financial Controls (IFC): - Ensure respective team members complete Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly and Yearly Operational control submission within defined timelines - As per business need update the controls. - Ensure all compliance activities as defined by organization is completed by all employees within department as per company policy. - Periodically check with various stakeholders for change in processes and ensure updated policy / process documents are uploaded on portal - Periodically follow-up with respective stakeholders for updated Test Scripts (as per frequency defined - monthly/quarterly). Software Compliance: - Manage enterprise wide compliance with all software license agreements and enforcing proper software usage policies and guidelines to ensure that there is no non-conformance - Read and understand software licenses to ensure compliance; take corrective action if necessary - Conduct internal software audits to identify variances between deployed and licensed software; ensure deployed software aligns with the quantity and licensing models purchased; rectify variances between deployed and licensed software - Manage vendor compliance audits as required - Develop software policies, processes and guideline to ensure compliance - Work with all levels of management to resolve compliance issues - Avoid excessive or unwarranted software usage Qualifications: Post-graduation: MBA from top university / Engineering from top university having experience in IT audit.
