Marcom - Internal Communications VERY STRONG WITH DESIGNING

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of Communications. Flair for journalism is an added advantage

- Knowledge of Excel is a must and design tools like Flash, Photoshop is also must

- Understanding of the IT industry

- High proficiency in verbal/ written communication & good comprehension skills.

- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task

- Strong interpersonal skills, assertive and professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse audiences

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop & implement all internal communication & programs. Very strong design skills is mandatory for this position

- Manage and innovate Associate communication. Generate virtual, audio-video content to reach out to associates and other internal business units/functions as relevant

- Design and develop branding collaterals to corroborate internal events.

- Network across the organization to ensure a smooth flow of information reporting to ensure an integrated internal communication

- Ensure Coordination for communication projects with partners for the development and production of promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.

- Collaborate with HR to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated communication strategies

- Backend support & liaise with the internal departments and follow-through on internal communication activities till closure.

- Coordinate communication projects with partners for the development and production of promotional materials, web site production and other collateral.

- Financial process management for the overall function from plan to actual ensuring all SLA's are met

- Drive organization programs pertaining to CSR and Sports

- Coordination with Event Partners

- Ensure ISMS documents are updated on periodic basis

- Develop Process documentation

- Participate as required in Organization wide initiatives
