Internal Communication Role - IT (7-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job):
- Deliver creative solutions while making sure the satisfaction of all stakeholders, most of whom are senior leaders in the firm, is paramount.
- Must have leadership skills to get the team to deliver against agreed timelines.
- Storytelling skills and an understanding of dramatic structure.
- Ability to manage, implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Should be adept at creative writing for different audiences via different platforms.
- Creative by developing innovative and impactful campaigns.
- Storytelling skills and an understanding of dramatic structure.
- Willingness to accept criticism and rejection of your work.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand client briefs, ask leading questions and create easy to read content.
- Working knowledge of video processes, editing steps and how videos are made.
- Comfortable creating scripts for animation and live action videos.
- Process oriented and good planning capabilities.
- Persuasion skills to interact with various stakeholders, leadership and vendors.
Qualification Required:
Post graduation / Masters in Mass Media / English Literature/ Journalism/ Advertising / Digital Communication / Multimedia / Communication and Media Studies
