Internal Branding & Communication Role (6-10 yrs)
Objective : Retain talent and create internal brand ambassadors
- Establish and drive an internal branding and communication strategy
- Articulate an Employer Value Proposition
- Determine approach to be amongst the Top 100 places to work
- Plan a campaign to improve glassdoor reviews
- Ensure initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders within to seek compelling stories
- Write informative and compelling communications materials
- Handle responses to crisis situations which affects perception and reputation
- Develop and deliver events on time, be it internal or external- Meet-ups/Internal Hackathons
- Responsible for all events, from budgets to project manage them
