Location - Chennai/ Bangalore/Hyderabad

Qualification - CA /MBA

For Associate - At Least 0 -1 years relevant exposure in Internal Audit/ Process Reviews in Indian set up. Sector exposure - Any/ except Telecom/ FS.

For Senior Associate - At Least 3 years relevant exposure in Internal Audit/ Process Reviews in Indian set up. Sector exposure - Any / except Telecom/ FS.

For Manager - At Least 5 years relevant exposure in Internal Audit/ Process Reviews in Indian set up. Sector exposure - Any / except Telecom/ FS

For Senior Manager - At Least 8 years relevant exposure in Internal Audit/ Process Reviews in Indian set up. Sector exposure - Any/ except Telecom/ FS

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology

- COSO Framework

- Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship

- Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)

- Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Anti-fraud Controls; etc.)

- IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment

- Other applicable common laws (e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act 1956, Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, etc.)

Soft Skills:

- Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression

- Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution

- Confident and good verbal communication skills

- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
