Urgent Opening in an NBFC for an Internal Auditor- Nagpur Profile: Internal Auditor Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years Grade: AVP/VP CTC: Negotiable Location: Nagpur Job Profile: - Supervise auditing of branches &amp; determine scope of investigation required - Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying area of non-compliances, evaluating manual and automated financial processes. - Obtained branch MIS report from MIS cell &amp; select audit sample by scientific method for process audit. - Verify audit findings &amp; decide whether sample size to be increased or not. - Meet customers during branch audit &amp; reconcile his loan account. - Prepare detailed audit report on audit findings. - Discuss audit findings &amp; recommendations with line managers and report significant issues to senior management. - Provide senior management an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in the organisations. - Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff. - Conduct ad-hoc investigation and reviews as requested by senior management. - Protect organisation's reputation by keeping information confidential. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publication, maintaining personal network. - Prepare annual branch audit plan. - Audit of Loan Disbursement &amp; Collection Dept &amp; Credit Department. - Audit Discussion - Branch Head and Head of Function - Audit Review visit to Regional Offices to discuss major audit observation and action proposed by auditee - Audit Discussion - Branch Head and Head of Function - Audit Review visit during audit to branches and at the time of report finalisation
