The Brief Jd is as follows :  1. Prepare risk-based Internal Audit plan and execute the Audits as per the plan with proper resource utilization and within a timeframe.  2. Prepare Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and Audit checklists.  3. Perform and monitor end to end audits to ensure operational effectiveness, financial reliability & compliance, with all applicable directions and regulations.   4. Well, verse experience in performing integrated audits.  5. Analyse the data to evaluate process-related risks, frauds, controls, compliance with statutes and company policies.  6. Perform audit closing meeting with the process owners and senior management to obtain risk aligned management action plan.  7. Prepare evidence based audit reports.  8. Conduct follow-up Audits to monitor specific Management interventions  9. Maintain audit recommendation tracker etc.  10. Prepare Audit Committee / Management updates / presentations.  Other requirements :  - Able to travel around 15 days in a month  - Excellent Communication skills (written and oral);  - Knowledge of industry best practices  - Knowledge of various control frameworks  Multi-tasking skills ;  - Ability to use Excel and other advanced audit tools and SAP;  - Excellent leadership and people management skills;  - Project management skills
