Internal Auditor - CA - Infra/Construction/Real Estate

One of the leading global consulting firm is looking for Internal auditors with experience in auditing of construction industry, real estate or Infrastructure like highways and bridges.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Chartered Accountant

- Post qualification 2 to 3+ years in a related field (infrastructure companies)

Required Knowledge & Skills :

- Prior project management and supervisory skills

- Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

- Demonstrate understanding of the importance of business ethics

- Sound job administration skills

- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

- Strong analytical skills

- Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner

- Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress

- Open to travel as per the job requirements. It would depend upon the assignment as well.

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills :

- Understanding of current accounting principals

- Understanding and experience in doing Internal audits, preferably in Infrastructure (Highways, Bridge and Real Estate construction) industry

- Understanding of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT)

- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting

- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance

- Knowledge of Companies Act 2013

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

- Exposure to auditing in SAP environment
