Job Description :

-Seniors are project leaders/project team members who will be involved in conducting Internal Audit/ Enterprise Risk Management and other Risk Consulting engagements for Middle East clients on an offshore or onshore basis

- Demonstrate subject matter knowledge in working on consulting engagements for clients in sectors such as Oil and Gas/Government & Public Sector/Financial Services/Real Estate etc.

- Seniors may play the role of team leader on multiple offshore engagements with 1-3 team members reporting to them for the project.

- Seniors have responsibility of reviewing the work done (Deliverables) by the team members

- Interact confidently with the onshore team leads for the ongoing requirements of the project

- Ability to provide guidance and support to onshore team members on execution of Risk engagements

- Proactively does sales oriented reporting during projects. These would include identifying possible business opportunities for additional work from stakeholders

- Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the project area assigned to him/her

- Monitor progress, manage risk and verify kbig4 stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge

- In depth understanding and knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP and experience in implementation of Oracle/SAP is a plus

- Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

- The job would require travel (20-30%) to client locations in the Middle East and North Africa such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Kuwait, Riyadh, Al Khobar and Bahrain

- Industry knowledge: Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations of the client industry sectors such as Oil and Gas/Government & Public Sector/ Real Estate/ Financial Services etc. Industry experience should be recent and not dated

- Consulting experience: Possess consulting experience in Big 4 or other top consulting firms

- Project Management skills: Has had previous experience in engagement planning, management, coordination with the team

- Knowledge in ERP systems: Should have knowledge about various systems used in the front and back office

Experience in IT/Cybersecurity Audits: Experience in conduct of ITGC or Cybersecurity audits is desired but not compulsory

Have experience in Internal Audit/Enterprise Risk Management/SOX reviews/Risk Consulting/Corporate Governance engagements

- Ability to perform and interpret process gap analysis

- Ability to identify risks in business processes

- Understanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools like Tableau/SAS/Qlickview etc. will be an advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)

- Consistent display of leadership skills

- Ability to work well in teams

- Understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)

- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours

- Willingness to travel abroad
