Responsibilities - Participate in walk-through discussions with the Business partners and documentation - Participate in the design evaluation of the controls - Experience in drafting SOPs - Knowledge of Internal Financial Controls and Internal Financial controls over financial reporting. - Active participation and contribute towards assurance reviews as per the requirement of Senior Management - Managing stock audits Qualifications - Qualified Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CIA, MBA - Required experience in internal, process re-engineering, process reviews - Be able to work, at times, multiple assignments simultaneously. - Report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities. - Be able to react with flexibility and integrity. - Strong communication and teaming skills. - Good analytical and interpersonal skills Experience: - 4-5 Years of experience in Internal Audit and Process re-engineering
