Professionally qualified CA, CIA would be an added advantage. - Should possess strong understanding & knowledge of Business , Risk and Control environment from relevant domains - Well versed with regulatory environment, policies and processes with keenness to read & learn - The role would involve understanding & evaluating business processes, Testing operating effectiveness of controls, identifying weaknesses therein and making recommendations to improve the control environment - Good analytical skills, ability to co-relate, comfortable working with data and eye for detail - To demonstrate effective report writing & presentation skills with good verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in team environment
