JOB PURPOSE

- Corporate Sales Manager - Prepaid/ Forex is responsible for Revenue Generation, New Client Acquisition, Client Retention, Up-selling and Cross Selling to existing clients

- Devising the Market penetration and expansion plan with existing and new products/services and increase the company reach within the allotted territory

- Create and execute on business plan focused on customer retention, business development and client management for a defined Commercial & Prepaid Card program portfolio

- Manage a portfolio of Corporate Clients with the primary goal of optimizing existing programs and sourcing new business to drive revenue growth to meet goals against the customer portfolio.

- Identify target clients to meet goals and revenue growth

- Ensure the consistent, professional delivery of sales and client management disciplines including account plans, call reporting, lead generation and relationship reviews

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

- Manage the Sales & distribution with Money changer for prepaid program with all category of money changer. Responsible for managing the primary relationship with Money Changers

- Seek new opportunity build or enhance distribution partnership for prepaid card sales, KYC compliance, etc with various channels like business correspondent, bank branches, retail outlets, direct selling agent (DSA), etc

- Responsible for Corporate Sales for prepaid program: Forex Corporate solution,

- Domestic Corporate solution and Corporate Gifting solution

- Manage & drive the sale for online application of credit cards & other financial products

- Partnership with banks to enhance the Online application to other financial products like car loan, personal loan, home loan, deposits, etc

- Manage the outbound call centre strategy to drive sales for our product and enhance activation

- Penetrate financial product sales into JP base and explore various strategy to acquire new customer base via various channels like outbound call centre, DSA, money changer, business correspondent, bank branches, etc.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Meeting with Corporates, Merchants & Travel agents for procuring new businesses.

- To build up and maintain good relationship with corporate customers, Banks, FFMCs, Franchisees and Travel agents
