InterMiles - Senior Manager - Growth Marketing (8-10 yrs)

About the role:

- We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Growth Manager. Responsible to develop and executes a plans to help InterMiles acquire and retain customers, as well as upsell its products or services across various LOBs Travel, Payments, Lifestyle & Loyalty and grow Customer lifetime value (CLTV).

- You are expected to work in a collaborative way to gather input from all stakeholders, like Business, Product development, Analytics, Operations, Design and Marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets and to strategize, build, execute, and measure multi-channel acquisition marketing and retention campaigns. This encompasses leveraging growth-related programs across channels which includes SEM, paid social, display, content syndication, etc. with the goal of increasing CLTV with special focus to craft or engineer a solution which is currently not being done by a company and work across teams to make it happen.

- A successful applicant will be a self-starter who believes in team sport and who finds both collaboration and critical thinking equally compelling. Having an inquisitive mind and continuous learning approach necessitates this role to be accountable for regularly reporting on their research, hypothesis and test recommendations and progress to the team. This candidate would benefit from joining an agile and innovative marketing team and would drive our growth marketing strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing growth strategy and media KPIs around user acquisition, activation, retention, target audience, and channel mix

- Design and implement growth tactics across owned & paid channels through research, data analytics and experiments that unleash exponential user growth of the website and app. Lead programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and optimize conversion rates

- Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity using core paid acquisition channels in order to exceed ambitious user growth goals while maximizing ROI

- Deeply understand our users and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle

- Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth

- Develop and own dashboards to monitor overall marketing channel performance. Lead monthly/weekly/daily reporting for all acquisition channels

- Full funnel experimentation on acquisition, user retention & monetization. Ongoing lifecycle management of our existing customers to ensure that we retain them

- Monitor and respond to market changes. Find opportunities every day for hacks around growing our customers base & CLTV

- Create experimentation roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness

- Prioritise opportunities to improve the performance of channels, keeping the team and key stakeholders up-to-date and bought into targets, results and changes

- Craft and optimize user onboarding experiences that are appropriate for each marketing channel, with a particular emphasis on prospect email collection and conversion. Test, design, source, scale, and iterate as needed

- Liaise closely with stakeholders outside of marketing, developing strategies for how growth marketing helps achieve broader organization goals and strategic initiatives

Desired candidate profile:

- 5- 6 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce/payments/travel industry with a strong understanding of unit economics of e-commerce/B2C consumer spaces

- Multi-channel knowledge, experience in adopting and enhancing media-mix and attribution models to achieve the highest incremental effect on user/revenue growth.

- Experience in performance marketing in mobile space with a strong track record on managing performance channels and drive ROI

- Strong understanding of attribution and familiar with tools such as AppsFlyer, Airship, Branch etc.

- Understanding on A/B test methodologies and drive meaningful learnings & results

- Proven track record of driving data-driven customer growth

- Good knowledge of just about everything that relates to the product from; the core product, marketing channels, how/when/why it is sold, and the commercials

- This role demands strong influencing skills in the form of indirect leadership of virtual cross-functional teams to do/accept something and change the teams- priority or road map. This requires strong people skills with a requirement to influence and initiate change

- Candidate should have effective communication skills to deliver compelling messages based on a comprehensive understanding of the target market - in the form of customers, internal stakeholders and business channels. Often, they will need to sell the - hard story-, that requires significant investment, risk or innovation, to all stakeholders. Holds the creative, strategic and commercial vision and communicates this convincingly internally and in the market to our members.
