Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Intermiles redemption target for the Programme, launch & manage redemption products/platforms for Intermiles.

- Understand the overall business plans for driving miles redemption for the Programme. Monitor key milestones on monthly/quarterly basis and report the same to senior mgmt.

- Assisting management on formulating and implementing miles redemption strategy

- Work closely with Analytics team to understand member pattern, member segments and present actionable insights to develop accrual plan.

- Recommend business promotion ideas to drive business objectives.

- Assist in creating and driving CLM strategy for members across tiers be responsible for daily monitoring, reporting and giving insights into tier wise member behaviour, utilization across offers and redemption patterns

- Work with product team to recommend product / design development in the redemption journey on app and website

- Create business case & get internal sign off from IM senior management to roll out redemption campaigns & promotions to achieve redemption targets

- Liaise with IM marketing, analytics team to create & track annual communication calendar, promotion plans and digital marketing strategy to achieve organization objective

- Comprehensive analysis of business & ecommerce scenario take ownership of daily and weekly reports to share business summary to senior management

- Work with various departments in Intermiles for promotion roll out. Fill up requisition forms for setting up campaigns in the CRM system, maintain a campaign trackers, present campaign performance data, briefing marketing & service delivery teams & creating campaign T&Cs and FAQs.

- Keep close eye on the competitive landscapes by regularly checking innovative promotions done, program features launched and industry trends.

- Conduct and coordinate financial, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs

- Work closely with CRM development and website team to conceptualise redemption products/platforms

- Involved in special projects from time-to-time as required by the management

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE

Qualification & Education:

- Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration

Experience:

- 2-3 years work experience with experience in Travel/Airline/Hospitality industry preferred

- Extensive relationship management experience at senior level, and in stakeholder management

- Understanding of Loyalty program(s) and industry

- Expert proficiency in advanced excel, Power BI and MS office

Training & Knowledge:

- Strong Application knowledge and understanding of business requirements

- Planning and project management skills

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Microsoft Project

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
