InterMiles - Manager/Senior Manager - Operations & Financial Services (10-15 yrs)
About the role :
Drive daily BAU's like reconciliation & settlement for the prepaid forex program. Responsible for coordinating with program partners for daily BAU- s, Implementation activities with TSP & MasterCard & other activities involved in day to day operations.
What you'll do :
- Responsible for monitoring the day to day reconciliation and settlement with partners
- Managing and monitoring the card stock management operations and other card operations related with card manufacturing vendor
- To maintain the monthly pay-outs made to all partners and vendors and presenting & tracking it to the senior management
- Aid product teams for managing the smooth functions of the program
- Key responsibilities include workflow management, SLA adherence, client management and performance management among others
- To serve as the single point of contact for all operation related issues and requirements and is responsible for developing and successfully implementing strategic plans and process innovation
- Managing Reports & Disputes for the program with the help of TSP
- Responsible for document management for the partners and manage billing & invoice for prepaid program on profit sharing with Bank, PSP & all business partners
- Co-ordination with Internal teams for loyalty calculation, reporting, recon & settlement
- Vendor Management & Partner Management for the program
- MIS maintenance of all issues/queries raised by all business partners, track & fix the same
- Coordinate with marketing team for assistance in operational related support for welcome kits and card management
- Managing & monitor Call Centre along with PSP, as per business policy
- To interact with member Banks on issues and track for closure
- To track all issues and report internally with all stake holders
- Follow ups with member Banks and other entities for data compilation and other Business related activities.
- Planning, Coordinating, Organizing meetings, Client Engagement Programs, Workshops, Events and other related items required for the program
- Work towards operational streamlining with best practices for the program
- Preparing presentations for Internal and External members
- Preparing and maintaining key MIS; analyse MIS and interpret; maintain MIS tracker as per the internal business requirement
- Monitor Internal Project Tracker and do necessary follow ups.
- Conducting Workshops & Trainings for representatives for managing the operations smoothly
Must-haves :
- Articulate & Excellent Written & Oral Communication and presentation Skills.
- Good co-ordination skills, Multi-Tasking and Management Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; maintain excellent relationship with all member banks, regulators, internal departments, etc. for furtherance of business goals.
- Well versed with Transaction Life cycle Management process for all electronic online transactions (Forex, Prepaid, PoS e-Com, Mobile banking IMPS, UPI etc.), reviewing existing process/systems and enhancing for better customer experience.
- Must have experience in Forex or travel card operations with an Bank or authorized dealer/FFMC
- Domain knowledge on the business prepaid card Industry.
- Knowledge on Settlement and Transaction Life Cycle Management for card based and electronic transactions.
- Well versed and extensive working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Preferable if experienced in Customer Onboarding / Card Application Processing / Information Security Administration / Central Travel Account / Service Desk / Payments / Visa, MasterCard Interchange Settlement / Fraud Management / Investigation / Disputes / Reconciliation / MIS and MMIS
