Key Responsibilities : - Evaluate potential business opportunities including conducting market research, other analysis and diligence, and share recommendations with Managing Director & Leadership team - Identify global-trends and conduct market-assessment of new business opportunities - market attractiveness, existing capabilities and synergies with InterMiles - Evaluate potential inorganic growth opportunities via M&A, investment and strategic partnerships and drive end-to-end execution via sourcing, due diligence and business integration etc. - Drive implementation and/or project management of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and service - Support the stakeholder/investor relations and board reviews - Partner extensively with external consultants and partners for deeper grasp of competition and market - Forecast business scenarios and develop implementation plans to meet the same and assist business leaders in annual/quarterly planning, resource and capital allocation decisions - Provide analytical and execution support to the organization's growth initiatives, including financial model development, communication of strategy and required execution plan for potential growth opportunities Desired Candidate : - Minimum 6-8 years- experience, prior experience in consulting, equity research or corporate strategy roles preferred - Strong conceptual ability with diligent planning and attention to detail. Ability to sift through and bring out the granularity in analysis /decision making process - Excellent communicator, ability to address and debate issues and plans with senior management and excellent presentation skills - Structured approach towards problem solving and strong analytical skills Qualification : MBA from a premier institute
