Key Responsibilities : - Lead the BI development team - refine and optimise existing reports and own the delivery of new requirements. This would include performance reporting and campaign reporting and any custom tracking requirement across all 10+ spend categories where JP has a partner - Own all ad-hoc and exploratory analysis requests from business and marketing teams which require very quick turn-around times - Create and optimise internal metrics and processes that ensures data consistency &amp; data quality across all platforms used to make business decisions - Work closely with Business, Marketing &amp; Operation teams to operationalise their data analysis requirements and guide team accordingly - Work on creating reporting products that business teams can use to acquire and service business partners with low contribution % from their end Work with : Power BI Visualization, R / Python, Traditional dBs, Adobe Suite (DWB, AAM, AA) Internal interactions : Need basis with Air Partnerships team, Non-air Partnerships team, Marketing team, Website &amp; mobile app development team, Finance team, IT Service delivery team, Service partners, Technology partners External interactions : Limited interactions with JP's B2B partners in a managed environment Team Management / Informal Mentoring opportunities : Team Management - Yes;&nbsp;Informal Mentoring - Yes Qualifications &amp; Requirements : - Bachelors/master's degree in engineering, Maths, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Operations - Research or related technical field or any Degree with MBA - Knowledge of RDBMS - Hands-on experience in delivering analytics output using R / Python - ad hoc analysis, exploratory analysis, visualisations or for reporting - Knowledge of statistical techniques &amp; data mining - Exposure to Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics - Exposure to data visualisation software like Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview - Good articulation and story-telling skills using data &amp; insights - Strong individual planning and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Experience in handling team (internal as well as vendor/off-role members) Good to have : - Knowledge of NoSQL - Azure/AWS platforms - Adobe Marketing Cloud
