Interim Specialist - Supply Chain Management - FMCG (15-25 yrs)

Position: Specialist Supply Chain Management UAE
- Client needs upgradation of SAP-based supply chain systems and procedures, to meet growing needs across raw material supply points, four contract manufacturing facilities in UAE, distributor network in GCC/Africa. To world-class standards. Interim Manager must support the Global CEO. He must also mentor/lift the current supply chain incumbent.
Candidate (skills, experience etc.) Experience in SAP-based supply chain management
- First class Engineering background preferably with MBA in Operations Management / Supply Chain Management
- Very good knowledge of FMCG supply chain. Strategic understanding of functions and processes.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Project Mgmt, Quality Management, Process Improvement
- Track record in restructuring and instituting change in supply chain management processes
- Analytical skills
Senior 40+. Empathetic.
- English mandatory and Arabic is a desirable
- Strong communication skills.
- The Interim Manager must support the current Global CEO.
