Interim Head - Financial Planning/Budgeting - Pharma

Job Description:

- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

- Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.

- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.

- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.

- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.

- Support Stakeholders and Directors with data-driven analysis.

- Candidate should have good exposure in Budgeting, Planning, Modelling & Analysis,Systems.

- Ideally 7-10 years post CA/MBA experience preferably in MNCs is our target candidate.

- The position is an interim position for six months.

- There is a likelihood that it may be converted to a permanent position if the employer finds the interim fulfilling their long term needs.
