The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : Time &amp; KRA bound (3 months to 3 years) assignments - Usually in a turnaround, transition, reengineering scale up, culture change, deal making scenario. INR 200 -2000 crore companies - usually owner driven / entrepreneurial, cash rich, global aspirations. The Person (Candidate Details) : Age : 55+ yrs Education : LLB + LLM / CS - desirable + MBA a) Responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. b) Provide legal counsel to management on corporate governance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters as needed. Only candidate who have held similar position for a minimum 5 years of INR 200+ crore companies need apply.
