We are establishing an active roster of competent CXOs in the domains &amp; sectors specified above for active &amp; expected mandates. The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : - Time &amp; KRA bound (3 months to 3 years) assignments - Usually in a turnaround, transition, reengineering scale up, culture change, deal making scenario. - INR 200 -2000 crore companies - usually owner driven / entrepreneurial, cash rich, global aspirations. The Person (Candidate Details) : Age : Around 50 yrs Education : Graduate + MBA(HR) Only candidate who have held similar position for a minimum 5 years of INR 200+ crore companies need apply. Only candidate willing to take KRA &amp; time bound employment / consulting mandate need apply.
