Responsibilities : - Complete training for all new hires and continual training for entire front end sales staff, promoters and Merchandisers - Responsible for providing product update to the Sales - Discipline and provide coaching to front end sales people as necessary - Design training module within time and budget constraints both digital and offline. - Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses - Monitor sales objectives and results - Assess on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved) - Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals - Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer - MBA is mandatory for the role. - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning - Solid communication and presentation abilities - The incumbent should have total 10 years- experience in Training, out of which five years exclusively in Sales. - Additional certification in training is a plus
